RESOLUTION provides anger management instruction for teens in Maine and New Hampshire.

Do you know a teen who destroys property, threatens others, hurts others, or just seems to have no control over his or her anger?  This program can help.

  • WHO should attend?  Any angry teen.  This course will help you to understand anger, recognize what your triggers are, and gain control over your anger.
  • WHEN is it?  The class consists of 5 sessions, two hours each.  It is held in Sanford, Maine, in January, May, and September.  It's in Eliot, Maine, in March, July, and November.
  • COST.  There is a $120 nonrefundable fee for the course.  There are a limited number of seats available on a sliding scale fee arrangement, so call first before deciding that you can't afford it.

Heidi Bathalon and Meredith Richardson facilitate the class.  They both have a lot of experience with angry people.  Meredith facilitates an anger management class for teens at the Upper Room in Derry, NH.  Both Meredith and Heidi are guardians ad litem, representing the best interests of children in court.  Heidi Bathalon is the former Director of Family Care Services, a supervisory center that provides a safe place for children to have contact with their parents.  Meredith is a mediator, facilitator, co-parenting coordinator, and guardian ad litem.
